By accessing or using Miko Wish ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

2. The "Snapshot" Policy

We promise that once you create a "Wish" and generate a Live Link, we will host that specific version of the template indefinitely ("Forever Snapshot"). Future updates to our site's design or features will not alter your saved custom card, ensuring your memories remain exactly as you created them.

3. Prohibited Content

You agree not to use the Service to create, upload, or share content that:

• Is unlawful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or hateful.
• Contains explicit sexual content or nudity.
• Infringes on the intellectual property rights of others.
• Promotes violence or illegal acts.

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms without prior notice and without refund.

4. Refunds & Digital Goods

Live Links (One-time purchase): Due to the digital nature of our "Live Links", all sales are final. Once a link is generated and delivered, we cannot offer a refund unless there is a technical failure on our part.

5. User Accounts

You may begin creating wishes as an anonymous user. To save your work for edit later or to manage multiple wishes, you may need to register an account. You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
